Any claims for damages or discrepancies must be submitted to Little Havana To-Go within three (3) business days from delivery date of your order. You must notify Little Havana To-Go Customer Service by email or phone.

Returns and/or Exchanges:

Must be within 30 days of purchase
Must have original receipt
Must be unused/unopened and in re-sellable condition.

Refunds:

Refunds will be credited to the original credit card
If the original payment was done with cashier’s check, or money order, a company check will be mailed within 10 business days.
There are no refunds on gift certificates.
Shipping and Handling charges will not be refunded on any mail or web orders.
